Minchan is the Director of Portfolio Selection at Unreasonable Group. He is responsible for Unreasonable’s venture selection process – from sourcing, diligence and selection – to help scale growth-stage, impact-driven ventures tackling the world’s most pressing problems.
Prior to Unreasonable, Minchan worked at Hg Capital, a leading European private equity fund focused on B2B software & tech, and as a strategy consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in London. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
