Francesca joined Mondelēz in April 2021 and is responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of Digital Commerce including how our brands are experienced, purchased, and fulfilled online, including two Direct to Consumer sites.
Prior to Mondelēz, Francesca was Vice President, Sales – Americas, Board Director, and Interim Co-President – Americas for Britax Child Safety, Inc., a global leader in car seat and stroller innovation. She led a transformation agenda to be digital first and improve long-term profitability.
Francesca held multiple leadership roles in her over eleven years with Colgate-Palmolive including leading the Hill’s Pet Nutrition eCommerce team, integration of an acquisition in Germany, and CVS Drug Team Lead.
Francesca has also worked for Acosta Sales and Marketing, PepsiCo, and Diageo, in escalating leadership roles in category management and sales.
Francesca received her BBA, Management, from Georgia State University and an MBA from Webster University.
